The 3-pin main power pins are constructed from large-section gold-plated copper alloy, a specialized design engineered to efficiently carry 15A high current while minimizing heat loss during power transmission—ensuring stable and efficient power delivery even under continuous high-load operation. Complementing this, the 3-pin auxiliary pins are dedicated to signal transmission, featuring an independent shielding structure that effectively isolates power noise from signal pathways. This integrated design perfectly caters to the "power + signal" combined connection requirements of devices such as industrial sensors and controllers, eliminating the hassle of installing separate power and signal connectors and simplifying the overall wiring system.
Specifically optimized for the operational demands of medium-power equipment, the power pins boast a contact resistance of ≤3mΩ, guaranteeing minimal energy loss during power transmission. Moreover, the power pins adopt a multi-strand twisted structure, which significantly enhances the pin's resistance to mechanical fatigue caused by thermal expansion and contraction or vibration during long-term high-current use, thereby preventing pin deformation and ensuring consistent performance.
The matching crimp terminals undergo high-temperature annealing treatment, a process that enhances the terminal's ductility and connection reliability. When crimped with wires, this treatment ensures a tight, low-resistance connection, effectively reducing the risk of joint heating due to poor contact and further improving the overall safety and stability of the electrical connection.
